Reasons for returning a product
The reasons for returning products are restricted to the following:
- Instances where the wrong product is delivered.
- Instances where the product is damaged.
Requirements for returning a product
- Evidence of purchase – These are the documents given to you on delivery of the product.
- Original package of the product.
- Any promotional or free items must be returned along with the product.
Procedure of returning a product

We will call and send a message allowing return of the product to our address.
After a product is returned:
- A quality check will be conducted to ascertain the validity of the return reason.
- If the return reason is valid, we will send a replacement in 14 days. If you choose to be refunded, we will refund within 30 days, through a reliable refund method.
- If the return reason is deemed invalid, the same item will be sent back to you.
- All return requests will be recorded to enable us improve product quality.
- Customers with frequent invalid return requests may be barred from shopping on TeaSoko in future.
You do not have to return all products in your order.
- Any product should be returned within 14 days after notifying us. We do not accept returns after the expiry of this period.
- You have 5 days after receiving your product to notify us of an intention to return the product.
